Tom Grant is a co-founder and managing partner of Intelligent Lending Advisers, investment managers in marketplace lending. Tom founded ILA with, Dr Lauren Cohen and Dr Chris Malloy to offer investors a quantitative approach to investing in this growing asset class. Tom began his career in London with Citibank and has had senior leadership positions at JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank and most recently as Managing Director of BBVA Bank. He has been featured in many global financial publications including WSJ, Bloomberg and Risk Magazine. Tom completed his MSc applied and computational mathematics at Exeter College in Oxford with focus on modelling credit default risk. He has an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Alabama. He holds his FINRA licenses in series 7, 63, 66 and 24. Tom serves on the board of the Culverhouse School of Business.
